Los pollitos
Nathy wrote, "I identified it this way because it's how I knew it because of the 3rd verse, even if it's a rhyming song. As in other versions, it was supposed to go "'hasta el otro día duermen los pollitos.' (Until the next day, the little chicks sleep). But well, the following lyrics are much used in my country..."
Los pollitos
The Little Chicks
Canción infantil
Children's Song
(Spanish)
(English)
The little chicks go cheep, cheep, cheep,
When they are hungry, when they are cold.
The mom looks for corn and wheat for them,
She gives them their food and keeps them warm.
Under her wings all snuggled up,
The little chicks sleep until the next day.
