The Cricket
The Cricket
Poem
My grandpa's getting old and gray,
But he has such a merry way,
He always says the cricket says
Cheer up, cheer up, cheer up, cheer up,
Cheer up, cheer up, cheer up, cheer up!
He always says the cricket says cheer up, cheer up!
My grandpa says that half the things
We do fret over would take wings
If we could hear the song he sings -
Cheer up, cheer up, cheer up, cheer up,
Cheer up, cheer up, cheer up, cheer up!
He always says the cricket says cheer up, cheer up!
