Another version has the 2nd verse as follows:
Cuídate Chabela, (Watch out, Lizzie)
Que ahí viene Tomás (Here comes Thomas)
Tomás, Tomás… (Thomas, Thomas…)
Game Instructions
The children sit in a circle except for one child who is "It". That kid has a handkerchief or a similar object in his hand and goes around the circle singing the song while he keeps walking. At some point, "It" drops the handkerchief behind another child who will then chase the child to his right who dashes out. The latter must run around the circle to get back to his place. If he can't get back without being touched by the handkerchief, he'll be the next one who's "It"; if he does go back to his place, the kid who was given the handkerchief will then be "It". In either case, the 1st player rejoins the circle. Then the game begins again.
