"I thought of this song because of the Easter season. We used to sing it as kids, we still do, back in Cameroon. In the beginning of the day when we get to school, we all stand in the field... We'd all gather there for roll call, we'd stand by class and we'd do roll call, and announcements, and morning devotion. And then we'd start singing and marching back to our classrooms to start the lessons for the day. So this is one song that we did all the time." -Nyango

Notes

*The teacher would sing "1 - 2 - 3 - 4" while the kids would march in time.
