Cold and Raw the North Winds Blow - English Children's Songs - England - Mama Lisa's World: Children's Songs and Rhymes from Around the World - Intro Image

Notes

Here's a version of the rhyme from The Real Mother Goose (1916):

Cold and Raw the North Wind Doth Blow

Cold and raw the north wind doth blow,
Bleak in the morning early;
All the hills are covered with snow,
And winter's now come fairly.

Told this way, it's reminiscent of The North Wind Doth Blow.
