Hijau, kuning, kelabu... merah muda dan biru.
Meletus balon hijau - dor!
Hatiku sangat kacau.
Balonku tinggal empat, kupengang erat-erat.
My balloons are 5, all sorts of colors.
Green, yellow, gray... pink and blue.
The green balloon explodes - POP!
My heart (liver) is extremely confused (messy).
I still have 4 balloons, my grip on them is tight.

Sometimes the adult will sing the song to a child. Then the child will interject at the pop of the balloon - "dor!".
