La casa caía
Patricia wrote "My grandmother would tell us this one over and over when we were small…"
La casa caía
The House Was Falling
Juego de dedos
Finger Play
(Spanish)
(English)
La casa caía,
Los trastes quebrados
Jacinto herido
Papá enojado
¡Jesús! ¡Qué cuidado!
The house was falling
The furniture was breaking
The hyacinth got damaged
Daddy was mad.
Jesus! What a danger!
Game Instructions
The adult takes the child's hand and folds each finger down as if counting (in some cultures people count on their fingers by putting them up and in others by folding them down) and at the end he takes both of the child's hands and brings them up to his/her head.
