Game Instructions
On the 1st four lines of each verse, the children go around in a circle holding hands. Then on the last four lines of each verse they mime the action according to what's sung in the verse; washing clothes, hanging them on a clothesline to dry them, rolling them and ironing them, then they mime scouring the floor. The song ends with the children "going to church" - i.e. they go around the circle in pairs either arm in arm or holding hands.
