According to Wikipedia, "Hänschen klein" was written by Franz Wiedemann (1821–1882) in the 1st half of the 19th century.
There's a Finnish version of "Hanschen Klein" called "Kevätsää" or "Spring Weather" in English. It was written by Samppa P. Asunta (b. 1936).
